Nothing like a typo...

to brighten up your day.  Or evening, rather.  I decided to go to bed semi-early (10:30) with the ulterior motive to finish reading "The Secret of Nimh", a wonderful childhood classic that I enjoyed at least 5 times in my 2nd grade year, and am thoroughly enjoying once again. As would be obvious if there is a time of posting for you to read, I did NOT go to sleep at 10:30 or shortly after finishing the book.  HOWEVER, after convincing David to finish his paper on Hamlet in bed, I was delighted by an email he received from the Investment Banking Club of BYU.  It reads as follows:

IBC Members,

We are excited to have our club meeting this week. Instead of having our normal club meeting on Tuesday, we are going to have it on Thursday at 6:30pm in TNRB 710 (see details below). We will have the pleasure of having Garth Peay, owner of a men's professional clothing boutique in downtown Provo, as our guest speaker. Garth has become a great friend to the club by helping club members prepare to dress professionally for internships and full-time jobs at a very low cost. He is knowledgeable and I guarantee you will learn something to enhance your professional appearance if you come. In addition, we will be raffling off two free ties, free custom shits, and everyone in attendance will receive a coupon for 20% off a custom suit.

Generally speaking, this is an area in which BYU students can do much better. I strongly encourage you to attend.

If you would like Garth to critique your interview attire, feel free to come dressed in business formal.

We will be providing pizza as well.

Hope to see you there,

IBC Officers

I'm especially fond of how they put in bold those things which were most exciting.  Bless you, David, for being a member of the IBC.  I really needed that this evening.
